What You will Learn In This Natural Health Training Course

This two-day (12 hours) instructor lead reflexology training workshop teaches students the fundamentals of the ancient science that embodies practical techniques designed to keep the body’s systems working at peak efficiency.
This is extremely important, as the human body is a delicately balanced machine that is synergetic, e.g. everything works together for the benefit of all.  (often referred to as a holistic therapy)

Students will study the correct body associations of various reflex points, learn how to apply the pressure techniques and practice applying these new skills all within a classroom setting.

What Does Reflexology Training Do?

Doctors agree that over 75% of our health problems can be linked to nervous stress and tension.  Reflexology training includes, but is also useful to:

  • Relieve stress and tension
  • Improved blood supply and promotes the unblocking of nerve impulses
  • Helps nature achieve homeostasis (a state of equilibrium or balance in the body)

Is Reflexology New?

Reflexology was practiced as early as 2330 B.C. by the Egyptian culture. Reflexology as we know it today was first researched and developed by Eunice Ingham, a pioneer in this field.   Her book on the subject was published in 1938 and since 1942, reflexology training seminars have been conducted year round.

Why is Reflexology Training Needed?

Approximately 75% of today’s diseases are attributable to stress and tension, and Reflexology training has been shown to be effective for amongst other conditions: back pain, migraine, infertility, arthritis, sleep disorders, hormonal imbalances, sports injuries, digestive disorders and stress-related conditions.

Reflexology training is a unique and easily learned method of using the thumb and fingers on specific reflex areas of the foot.

The results are an ability to deliver stress relief and relaxation as well as share the skills within the family unit.
